Content Creation
I started my career as a journalist and Editor-in-Chief of my university newspaper. I thought I would pursue the publication industry, but while job searching, I found a new nonprofit in Houston looking for a communications guru to develop the stories of their foster families. Then, oops, I became a marketer!
Now 10 years later, I’ve worked exclusively in nonprofit and technology, wearing every hat in the marketing space to drive results with limited resources. Scrappy work environments mean I am well-versed in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive B2B and B2C business growth and can collaborate cross-functionally with ease.

Storytelling
Storytelling is what I look forward to most when I wake up (after coffee, of course), regardless of what marketing role I’ve been in.
